My Story
I was licensed in March of 2007, and started my career during the building boom in the City of Toronto. My sales experience is diverse and includes houses, pre construction, new builds, condominiums, co-operative, residential leasing, power of sales from mortgage lenders, cottages, as well as rural and farm properties.

I was licensed in March of 2007, and started my career during the building boom in the City of Toronto. My sales experience is diverse and includes houses, pre construction, new builds, condominiums, co-operative, residential leasing, power of sales from mortgage lenders, cottages, as well as rural and farm properties.
I have worked successfully in all types of market conditions, including the short lived economic crisis that started overnight in November 2008 and ended pretty abruptly in April of 2009.
On the other side of the coin, I also understand how to sell and obtain property in less active markets to your advantage. I am more than capable of effectively handling extreme multiple offer scenarios on your purchase or on your sale of any style property. Navigating extreme market conditions is indeed a skill of a great Realtor.
I moved my services to the Durham Region area, where I originate from, in 2013, while independently raising 2 beautiful and kind children.
In 2022, like many of us do, I sought out a safer, more rural community, and I became a proud resident of Carp. I am thrilled to be offering you my expertise, my diverse background, and my extensive experience in Real Estate sales here in the Ottawa Area.
I am a modest person, but I certainly am proud and achieved. If this is an important factor to you, I am more than pleased to provide you with a résumé that includes: Masters level education in Counselling Psychology, a business degree from Southern New Hampshire University (2000), multiple diplomas in human behavioral studies, as well as multiple accolades and designations in the field of Real Estate.
